I began my career at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in their investment sales division in the retail asset class and later on in the multifamily asset class. Since then, I have joined my family's commercial real estate company. As a company, we are primarily a real estate developer of multifamily and retail properties but also own a significant portfolio of properties from both asset classes.
What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
My primary role is the management of our development pipeline from land acquisition to project completion. Additionally, I am involved with the selling and buying of existing properties. Our objective as a company is to grow our portfolio primarily through our development activities.
