What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
Federal district court and appellate clerk with a decade of sophisticated, high-level litigation experience. See Rider for Representative Matters. Represent private and public companies and entities, as well as individuals in a wide range of civil, criminal, investigative and enforcement matters. Areas of practice expertise include: NCAA rules enforcement and counseling regarding rules and legal compliance (e.g., House settlement, state Name, Image and Likeness (“NIL”) laws) for collegiate athletics; criminal investigations and enforcement actions; securities litigation; and complex commercial litigation, encompassing business, real estate, construction, insurance recovery and employment (restrictive covenants/non-competes) matters.
My objective is to transition back to Dallas and remain in private practice.
