What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
I am a finance and strategy leader with deep experience in corporate transformation, data-driven decision making, and operational performance improvement across manufacturing, industrials, and complex organizational environments. I currently serve as Director of Finance at American Trailer Works (Bain Capital portfolio company), the largest manufacturer and retailer of trailers and truck equipment in North America. In this role, I partner closely with board members, C-suite executives, and division leadership to shape long-term strategy, optimize financial performance, and drive measurable operational efficiency across a multi-plant footprint.
