Jake Sigler co-founded BC2 Holdings after playing an integral role in developing over 1.6 M square feet of real estate assets, with an estimated construction value of over $600 M. He began his career in residential development with Integrated Real Estate Group and most recently contributed to the growth of Medcore Partners, where he helped establish the company as a leader in the active adult and senior living sector.
At BC2 Holdings, Jake serves as the co-founder and president of Vivere Residential, where he leads the Build-for-Rent division. In this role, he oversees the company's day-to-day operations and implements its short- and long-term strategic growth initiatives.
Mr. Sigler earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas State University and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Sigler co-founded BC2 Holdings (“BC2”) based in Dallas, Texas. BC2 is a leading real estate investment company that serves as the holding company for Vivere Residential's branded communities. With a specialization in acquiring and developing high-quality assets, BC2 focuses on delivering exceptional long-term value and attractive risk-adjusted returns for our capital partners. Not one to “follow the herd,” Mr. Sigler is the driving force behind Vivere Residential’s innovative and community-driven approach to development.
Mr. Sigler serves as the co-founder and president of Vivere Residential, where he leads the Build-for-Rent division. Mr. Sigler oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and the implementation of its short- and long-term strategic growth initiatives. He focuses a great deal of his energy on cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, capital fundraising, and sourcing new business opportunities that provide capital preservation and accretive returns to investors.
