I joined Mustang Fuel Corporation in September 2021. Prior to joining Mustang, I served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Warwick Investment Group, Counsel at Samson Resources and worked in private practice. I have significant legal knowledge and experience in the areas of oil and gas, acquisitions and divestitures, compliance and corporate governance, ESG, private equity, real estate and financing. I received my B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University and J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. I am a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma Mineral Lawyers Society and Leadership Oklahoma City. I also currently serve on the Board of Directors of The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma.
