Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, I spent four years in Industrial Capital Markets at both Newmark & CBRE National Partners in Dallas, TX. My team’s transactions were focused on the Central U.S. and Mexico and have included national portfolio sales exceeding $2 billion in deal size, programmatic joint ventures, and one-off dispositions.
What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
At Lovett Industrial, I am responsible for evaluating acquisition and development opportunities across the Eastern U.S. and supporting due diligence, capitalizing, leasing, and project disposition efforts in the region.
