BBA 23' - Finance Major with Concentration in Real Estate
Career Background:
I started at Blue Ridge Industrial, a Real Estate private Equity Group founded in 2018, in July 23' following my graduation from SMU in May 23' and I'm closing in on two years completed with the company.
What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
I've worked as an analyst at BRI for the last two years. I lead Asset Management responsibilities for the company's largest portfolio in North Carolina, which is comprised of 54 buildings, encompassing 152 tenants and approximately 2 million square feet across three sub-markets.
Connections trying to make:
I am looking to make additional connections within the Dallas CRE network and tap into local executives' expertise across different industries to understand what can differentiate myself from my peers early in my career.
