Johnstone Supply, North America’s leading wholesale distributor of HVACR equipment, parts, and supplies, is hiring a Corporate Development Associate in Dallas, TX. The company operates 450+ branches and 6 distribution centers across North America with over $4 billion in annual sales.

This role sits on the Finance team and supports the company’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and investor relations efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Perform pro forma financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Build business valuations and financial models
• Prepare materials and analyses supporting acquisition and capital transactions
• Assess operational and financial statements and develop forward projections

What They’re Looking For

• Strong financial modeling and acquisition analysis skills
• Working knowledge of primary valuation methodologies
• Ability to evaluate investor returns on corporate transactions
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or Tableau a plus
• Self-starter able to manage multiple workstreams under deadline
• Strong written and verbal communication across internal teams and external parties
