Prior to Noah’s current roles, Mr. Mitchell was the founder and CEO of Permian focused oilfield service company Viking Coil Tubing, LLC. Prior to VCT, Mr. Mitchell began his career as the Business Development Manager for TransAtlantic Petroleum, LLC based in Istanbul and London. Throughout his career, Mr. Mitchell’s responsibilities have included acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity relationship management, investment opportunity sourcing, and technical development planning. Mr. Mitchell holds a B.S. in Economics and s minor in Geology from Southern Methodist University.
Griffin Perry | Co-Founder, Fermi America
Griffin Perry is a former Co-Founder and Senior Advisor at Grey Rock Investment Partners. He serves as Co-Chairman of the Board for Granite Ridge Resources (NYSE: GRNT) and is a member of the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association Board of Directors.
Previously, Griffin Perry was the President of Caddis Energy and worked as a financial advisor with UBS and Deutsche Bank.
Griffin Perry holds a BA in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University and attended the London School of Economics.
Michael Zincone | Principal, Tailwater Capital
Mr. Zincone joined Tailwater Capital in July 2023 as a Vice President. He is responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments. In August 2017, Mr. Zincone joined the Tailwater team as an Associate prior to earning his MBA. Mr. Zincone has over 7 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Tailwater, Mr. Zincone was an Analyst in the investment banking group at Evercore, where he focused on M&A and restructuring advisory work in the energy sector. Mr. Zincone graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with Alternative Asset Management specialization and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Jon Daugherty | Director, Energy Investment Banking, Raymond James
Jon Daugherty has been an investment banker at Raymond James for 13 years. Mr. Daugherty has advised on oil and gas, renewable energy and power transactions across a range of products including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, public and private capital raises and restructurings. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Daugherty worked for Raytheon in the Space & Airborne Systems division. Mr. Daugherty received his BBA in finance from Southern Methodist University, and also holds an MBA from the University of Texas where he graduated with honors and was a teaching assistant in the finance department. Mr. Daugherty is also a CFA charterholder.
