The Panel

Kathryn Womble: Kathryn Womble is a member of CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team, where she works with a Capital Markets group representing institutional clients, including leading pension funds and private equity investors nationwide. She brings a strong background in business development and strategy, backed by an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from SMU’s Cox School of Business.

Michael Ware: Michael Ware is a Senior Managing Director in the Dallas office of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), where he leads private and institutional multifamily transactions across the DFW Metroplex, bringing more than 15 years of commercial real estate investment advisory experience. He has advised on over $12 billion in multifamily asset sales across core, core-plus, and value-add strategies.

Case Killgore: Case Killgore is the Chief Operating Officer of StreetLights Residential and a member of the Senior Management Team. In his role, he is responsible for the comprehensive leadership of the firm’s operational and financial infrastructure, including capital markets, dispositions, asset management, finance & accounting, legal, risk and operations

David Moore: David Moore is the founder and Managing Partner at Knightvest. Under David’s leadership, Knightvest has acquired over 60,000 units at a total capitalization of approximately $10.0 billion. Since inception, Knightvest has sold over 26,000 units with an average IRR and multiple of over 25% and 2.0x, respectively. David focuses on the strategic direction, acquisitions, and asset management of the Company.

Moderator
