David Neher serves as President of Rainier Development Company, leading the firm’s development platform with a focus on retail-driven mixed-use projects across the U.S. Previously, he headed Lincoln Property Company’s national retail platform and directed its mixed-use development initiatives throughout the Sunbelt. With over eight million square feet of retail and mixed-use projects developed nationwide, Mr. Neher brings extensive industry expertise. He holds a BA from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Tulane University. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Trustees at Highland Park United Methodist Church and SMU’s Dedman College.
