We are excited to feature Alex Anderson in this week’s 1911 Group Member Spotlight. A proud member of the Southern Methodist University Class of 2010, Alex has recently returned to Dallas permanently for the first time since graduation to join Duane Morris LLP as Special Counsel.
After spending the last eight years litigating for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in Washington, D.C., and completing a clerkship in Phoenix, Alex brings deep expertise to the firm’s trial practice group. His work focuses on commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and government investigations, as well as a specialized niche in collegiate athletics enforcement.
Before his legal career took him to Georgetown University Law Center, Alex was a dedicated four-year member of the SMU Ice Hockey team. Now back in town with his wife and two children, Alex is looking forward to reconnecting with the SMU community and getting reacquainted with Dallas.
