Career Background:
I joined Weber Shandwick, a global PR and communications firm, after graduating from SMU in 2023. Prior to that, I had various internship positions, such as working as an external communications intern at Bloomberg Philanthropies, a global philanthropic organization, and as a communications and external relations intern at Dallas Contemporary, a leading museum and arts organization located in Dallas, TX.
What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
At Weber Shandwick, I help execute strategic communications efforts on behalf of our clients, such as developing multichannel PR campaigns, managing social and digital outreach, fostering relationships with the media, and drafting media materials. During the day-to-day, I collaborate with teams spanning the global Weber network as well as clients from various industries.

I am interested in making connections with those who work in public relations and communications as well as influencer and social media marketing.
