Career Background:

Not sure how detailed you want this to be: I started at Swearingen Realty Group in January 2008. I cut my teeth on local office transactions before moving on to larger, more complex deals across industrial, retail, and office asset classes on a national scale. Within the first few months at Swearingen, I met my current partners—we quickly became friends. Over the years, I worked my way to the top and became the firm’s #1 producer the year before we left. In 2020, in the midst of COVID, we took the leap and launched Tenant Services Group (TSG). Everyone thought we were crazy. We built our business model in just three months. Proud to say we are still here. Today, TSG is one of the top multi-market tenant representation firms in the U.S.—still flying under the radar with no press release and minimal social media presence. But that’s about to change. We’re now focused on building a strong local Dallas brokerage team, bringing on six new brokers. Our goal is to become the go-to firm for reliable, ethical tenant representation—both locally and nationally—My goals is to continue to improve and give back. One of the things I’ve learned quickly is that many in this business are willing to compromise ethics for a transaction. We’re committed to doing things differently. We’re also beginning to explore how AI can shape the future of commercial real estate. We’re currently testing a few models and look forward to seeing how this technology can enhance our approach. Always happy to discuss what we’ve learned, what we’re building, and where we’re headed.

What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:

Scaling a commercial real estate business. Building a national and local tenant rep team. Exploring new ways to give back to the Dallas community and SMU. Mentoring others in business and sports. Raising a family. Enjoying ranch life whenever I can.

Connections trying to make:

As many as possible. Wish I would have networked more in College.
