Career Background:

I am an Executive MBA candidate at SMU Cox with over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage leadership, sales strategy, and team development. In addition to coaching agents in business growth and operational excellence, I mentor organizational leaders to strengthen management capacity and drive strategic outcomes. Earlier in my career, I held roles in the financial services sector with JPMorgan and Clark Consulting, where I partnered with C-Suite clients on investment strategy, portfolio optimization, and executive advisory services. I also spent time in Puerto Rico spearheading the development of boutique hospitality assets and founding a consulting firm providing real estate project advisory and municipal consulting services, including strategic planning and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding, working directly with senior executives and government stakeholders. My public service includes a term on the Carrollton City Council, where I contributed to redevelopment initiatives and economic development policy. I serve on the Board of Directors for Easterseals North Texas, advancing programs that empower individuals with disabilities. My experience spans public-private partnerships, high-volume transaction oversight, and executive mentorship of professionals for long-term success.
