Started at Hudson Advisors/Lone Star Funds working on a $5B+ PE Fund focused on distressed RE assets. Moved to Colorado and worked at a small PE shop focused 25% traditional PE, 25% GP, and 50% LP capital allocation through several closed-end PE funds. Came back to Dallas in 2022, guns blazing, ready to raise capital for real estate investments. Interest rates flew through the roof over the next 6-months, and I pivoted to operations. Started a franchise business and now that it is matured, I moved over to search for a new acquisition.
