What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
Glenn joined Provident in 2020 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ground-up multifamily and hospitality development of more than 1,400 units and 372 keys across the southeast/southwestern regions currently valued at over $500MM. Prior to joining Provident, Glenn worked for a top 25 NMHC developer and various family offices where his primary responsibilities were underwriting, asset management, financial and operational due diligence, and investor
reporting. Glenn holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Folsom Institute for Real Estate and attended
the University of North Texas’ Ryan College of Business for his undergraduate degree.
