Jake Sigler co-founded BC2 Holdings after playing an integral role in developing over 1.6 M square feet of real estate assets, with an estimated construction value of over $600 M. He began his career in residential development with Integrated Real Estate Group and most recently contributed to the growth of Medcore Partners, where he helped establish the company as a leader in the active adult and senior living sector. At BC2 Holdings, Jake serves as the co-founder and president of Vivere Residential, where he leads the Build-for-Rent division. In this role, he oversees the company's day-to-day operations and implements its short- and long-term strategic growth initiatives. Mr. Sigler earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas State University and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
