I focus on helping franchisees succeed by building scalable systems, sharing what works, and fostering trust through clarity and consistency. I’ve now also quietly become a power user of GenAI platforms — not as a coder, but as a risk-aware innovator. I design prompts, build systems, and guide process improvements that support operational consistency, insurance compliance, and strategic planning. I’ve helped shape use cases that blend AI with institutional knowledge, policy adherence, and cross-border coordination.
