Jason Wright is an accomplished government affairs strategist, healthcare policy advocate, and entrepreneur with over two decades of leadership experience across public service, nonprofit advocacy, and business. As Chief Government Affairs Officer for Agility Holdings Group, one of the nation’s largest health insurance marketing organizations, Jason leads lobbying, external affairs, and advocacy efforts across nine operating companies. He also serves as President of the Access to Health Foundation, a 501(c)(4) dedicated to expanding healthcare access, promoting value-based care, and advancing healthcare innovation nationwide.
Jason’s career began in public service, where he served for over 11 years as a senior U.S. Senate staffer, following his tenure as an elected official and board member of the East Texas Council of Governments. His work has consistently focused on crafting and advancing market-based policy solutions that bridge the gap between public and private sectors.
In addition to his government and nonprofit leadership, Jason is an entrepreneur and content creator, hosting two podcasts—The Jason Wright Show and The Healthy CEO—that explore high performance, health, and leadership. He also has extensive experience in real estate as a licensed broker specializing in rural and timberland properties, and is co-owner of Haute Totz, a successful high-end children’s boutique.
Passionate about improving health outcomes in underserved communities, Jason is leading the creation of Health Access Centers nationwide, starting in rural Texas, to help individuals navigate insurance enrollment and connect with preventive care. His unique blend of policy expertise, business acumen, and mission-driven leadership continues to make a measurable impact at the intersection of health, innovation, and public service.
