Jordan Cortez serves as the Principal & Founder of Vanguard Capital Management where he directs the overall investment strategy, oversees capital raising efforts, and provides operational leadership. He also is the sole Principal in the firm’s advisory affiliate, Vanguard Real Estate Advisors (“VREA”), responsible for spearheading all of VREA’s advisory assignments throughout North America.
