What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
I am currently Director of Capital Raising for Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development, and management company. In this role, I lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies to grow and diversify Granite's capital partnerships, supporting the firm's continued expansion through acquisitions and new development opportunities.
