In 2023, I launched a self-funded search focused on entrepreneurship through acquisition with the goal of acquiring a small business. I sourced and evaluated acquisition targets, built relationships with owners and intermediaries, conducted financial and operational due diligence, and refined my investment thesis in preparation for operating a privately held company. Previously, I served as Executive Director of Operations for a nonprofit with a pledged two-year, $70 million operating and capital budget. I provided strategic leadership across key functions including finance, facilities, human resources, information technology, and contract administration, driving operational improvements and strengthening organizational alignment. Earlier in my career, I served as an Assistant City Manager in municipal government, where I provided executive leadership for departments such as planning and development, fire, sanitation, and airport operations. I also led initiatives related to economic development, public infrastructure, and major capital projects.
