She is the Founder of Thryve and has previously held senior finance roles, including Controller at Stage 1 Financial and Texas Land Care, overseeing multi-entity portfolios exceeding $100M. Earlier in her career, she served as Director/Controller at Dryman Construction Group and founded Wolfpack Ventures, where she successfully financed and managed profitable real estate projects. Her background also includes technical and operational roles in the energy sector, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on both financial and operational strategy.

I founded Thryve Financial because early-stage founders deserve more than just clean books, They deserve a financial co-pilot. After years in corporate finance and startup advisory, I saw too many brilliant founders struggle to translate product momentum into sustainable business models. At Thryve, we go beyond accounting. We embed fractional CFO strategy that’s agile, data-driven, and tailored to scale. Whether it’s runway forecasting, investor reporting, or building your first finance stack, we’ve supported founders through funding rounds, burn crises, team restructuring, and growth plateaus.
