Career Background:
Prior to joining Emigrant Realty Finance in 2019, Suzanne Finch spent five years at Spring11 (now part of Newmark) where she underwrote CMBS and agency loans and had onsite consulting engagements at JPMorgan, Macquarie, and Cantor Commercial Real Estate.
What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
Suzanne Finch is responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and asset management of commercial real estate loans for Emigrant Realty Finance.
Emigrant Realty Finance provides bridge and construction financing secured by various property types, including multifamily, for-sale condominiums, industrial, student housing, office, life science, and hospitality (will also consider other property types), across all major markets throughout the country. Additionally, Emigrant Realty Finance provides leverage to experienced real estate lenders as well as Subscription Facilities to institutional real estate funds.
Typical loan size ranges from $25 million to $100 million for senior debt. For larger transactions, Emigrant Realty Finance will participate in club deals as well as nationally syndicated credits.
