What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
Underwriting multifamily, industrial, retail, self-storage, student housing, and manufactured housing acquisitions and developments, along with credit lending and financing strategies across the capital stack. Supporting asset managers by preparing investment committee memorandum, running asset plan scenarios and overseeing 40+ owned assets from a range of product types.
