Trey Ivison is a proud SMU Cox alumnus from the Class of ’18 and is currently Managing Partner of Delta Property Management, Inc. and Trinity Development. He leads acquisitions, financial strategy, and long-term growth across a portfolio of affordable housing communities throughout the Southeast. With deep expertise in complex 9% LIHTC rehabilitation projects and USDA Rural Development housing, Trey focuses on expanding and revitalizing properties that strengthen communities and provide lasting affordability.

His strategic oversight spans deal structuring, portfolio optimization, and partnership development—driving both companies’ shared mission to build stronger communities, improve resident quality of life, and ensure sustainable growth across every project.
