My background is in finance, starting my career leading diligence efforts for Mark Cuban on Shark Tank. From there, I helped launch a wealth management practice at McKinnon Patten Wealth Advisors. After returning to SMU to get my MBA, I worked in corporate development at Real Vision, raising funding rounds and leading due diligence on small acquisitions and partnerships. After launching my own small CPG business, I transitioned to a more traditional corporate finance role as an FP&A manager at Lexipol.
