As the co-founder of Eagle Dental Management, a boutique Dental Service Organization (DSO), I played a key role in supporting our partner doctors by delivering critical administrative services. My focus was on driving operational efficiency and creating tailored solutions that empowered practice owners to deliver outstanding patient care while enhancing their practices' success in a competitive marketplace.
Before co-founding Eagle Dental Management, I served as a Regional Client Services Executive at MedSynergies LLC (now part of Optum, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group). There, I helped provide revenue cycle management, practice management, business process analysis, and software integration solutions for physician practices affiliated with large health systems. Additionally, I was a doing business development along with account management and at MedEvolve, Inc., where I focused on analytics, automation, medical billing, and software solutions for physician practices.

I am the Founder and CEO of LuxMed Transition Strategies, which offers innovative, tailored transition brokerage services for aesthetics and wellness practices across the U.S. We specialize in helping practice owners navigate sales, mergers, and strategic partnerships with individual buyers, Medical Support Organizations (MSOs) and private equity investors, LuxMed ensures seamless transitions while maximizing value and preserving the legacy of each business.
