What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
My business partner and I started Trailhead Partners to bring a sophisticated sell-side banking process to small business owners. We typically work with businesses in the $500k-5m EBITDA range who are looking to sell their company, transition ownership to an internal employee(s), or bring in a capital partner to help them grow.
