I worked at RetailUnion for the first seven years of my career, primarily focused on national expansion of brands like H&M, Amazon, Purple Mattress, and Bath & Body Works. In 2022, I started The Rising Group and partnered with Belfort Assets, where I also serve as a Director.
What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
Work is focused in three main categories: capital markets, investments and brokerage. The capital markets business is currently helping to raise money for several multifamily, IRF hospital, and STNL projects around the Southwest through a partnership with Cross Development. We also raise money for retail investments through a partnership with 90Ten. The investments business recently closed on a $35mm recapitalization and investment in an existing homebuilder here in Texas. The brokerage business is focused on tenant rep for national brands such as Pet Supplies Plus and Bath & Body Works.
