After graduating from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in May 2022, I began my career at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA). I started as a Multifamily Investment Sales Analyst, where I conducted market research, financial analysis, and supporting the execution of transactions. Over the course of my two and a half years in this role, I developed expertise in property valuations, market trends, and the knowledge of multifamily investment transactions. Recently, I transitioned into the role of Associate as a Junior Broker within IPA’s DFW Investment Sales team, one of the top multifamily brokerage shops in the region.
