Career Background:
After graduating from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in May 2022, I began my career at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA).
I started as a Multifamily Investment Sales Analyst, where I conducted market research, financial analysis, and supporting the execution of transactions. Over the course of my two and a half years in this role, I developed expertise in property valuations, market trends, and the knowledge of multifamily investment transactions.
Recently, I transitioned into the role of Associate as a Junior Broker within IPA’s DFW Investment Sales team, one of the top multifamily brokerage shops in the region.
What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
In my new role, I am focused on executing deals, managing client relationships, and further developing my skills in the highly competitive multifamily investment space. I am driven by a passion for real estate and a commitment to helping clients maximize the value of their assets.
With a strong analytical background and a deep understanding of the Dallas-Fort Worth multifamily market, I am committed to leveraging my expertise to drive success and deliver outstanding results in investment sales.
