I've spent my career in consulting, with Bain & Company, with the exception of a few years at LTK leading the earliest commercial-focused teams for the company. I've been a Partner in our Retail practice for 2 years.
What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
I work with corporate and private equity clients in the retail and consumer spaces, often in Grocery and Restaurants. I lead consulting teams for our clients on a wide-range of topics including strategy, transformation, customer segmentation, and performance improvement.
