What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
I’m currently a senior associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, an international law firm. My practice focuses on the representation of publicly-traded companies and other strategic buyers and sellers in connection with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. I am additionally experienced in corporate governance, including in connection with high-profile restructuring matters.
