Career Background:
I joined Mustang Fuel Corporation in September 2021. Prior to joining Mustang, I served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Warwick Investment Group, Counsel at Samson Resources and worked in private practice. I have significant legal knowledge and experience in the areas of oil and gas, acquisitions and divestitures, compliance and corporate governance, ESG, private equity, real estate and financing. I received my B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University and J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. I am a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma Mineral Lawyers Society and Leadership Oklahoma City. I also currently serve on the Board of Directors of The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma.
What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
I currently serve as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Mustang Fuel Corporation, a privately held oil and gas company based in Oklahoma City. In my role at the company, I oversee all legal, corporate and health and safety matters for the Company.
