I've founded, grown and sold two businesses. Spent time at a commercial bank in Addison, led a small banking software company and now a director at a VC-backed startup in Richardson.
What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
My current role involves all business development for a fintech, called CollateralEdge. I do all the business development for the company, investor relations, new business, revenue generation, etc. We are deep in the VC and finance world, making a lot of headway in banking.
Connections trying to make:
I'm trying to deepen my ties to SMU. My mom is a BLC instructor (for over 30 years) at Cox, many of my best friends are SMU grads, my sister is 2 time SMU grad and I am Dallas born & raised. I loved what the Hilltop has meant for me and I want to be more involved, and find ways to be helpful to other Mustangs. I saw the SMU Stories episode with my buddy Brendon Marks and I loved it!
