What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:
As a Commercial Superintendent, I oversee and manage all commercial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, contract management, and procurement. I work closely with project teams to ensure financial targets are met and that contracts are executed in compliance with company standards and client requirements.
