Career Background:

After completing my MBA and playing career for the SMU football team in December 2022, I began an internship in Private Wealth at Texas Capital Bank. Following the summer, I entered the formal analyst training program in August of 2023, which I completed in November of 2023. Since then, I have been an analyst in the Private Wealth group at Texas Capital.

What am I doing – describe your current role and objectives:

In my current role, I support two private client advisors, one in the Southlake office and one in the Dallas office. My day-to-day primarily involves preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for client meetings, as well as conducting comprehensive financial analysis to help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. Additionally, I evaluate and assess clients’ creditworthiness through credit underwriting processes. I am also developing a personal finance course for college athletes. So far, I have presented to multiple college sports teams throughout the DFW area and will be speaking at several business schools this fall. My career objective is to grow as a professional in the private wealth management sector by deepening my expertise in financial analysis, client advisory services, and credit assessment.

Connections trying to make:

I am actively seeking to expand my professional network by connecting with individuals across a broad range of sectors. I’m particularly interested in joining a club that prioritizes the strong network of Mustangs and offers opportunities for collaboration, learning, and mentorship. Through these connections, I aim to exchange knowledge, contribute to meaningful discussions, and grow both professionally and personally.
